Discover wines from Château La Sable

You can discover our wines in our wine shop in the estate.

But please call us on 06 95 25 79 98 before coming, we may be in the vines or the the cellar!

You will be able to taste our range: 2 rosés, 2 whites and 1 red.

Our family vineyard is located in the Luberon Natural Park.

The Luberon mountain gives a special climate to the surrounding plains: the differences in temperature between cool nights and sunny days, as well as the altitude, gives their freshness to our wines.

We are committed to produce a quality wine while respecting the environment. We started our journey to Organic farming in 2018 and we are now fully certified.

Most of our soils are sandy, hence the estate name “La Sable”.

At an altitude between 250 m and 350m, our vines, aged 15 to 50 years old, give fine and elegant wines.

Our first harvest in September 2018

After acquiring the vineyard, we have kept the best vines planted between 1967 and 1969 on a very special terroir made of sand and silt. We started our journey to organic farming in 2018 and we are now fully Organic certified.
Our first harvest was in the autumn of 2018, which was done manually to protect these frail old vines.
In the cellar as well as in the vineyard, we are trying to intervene as little as possible to let the terroir express itself.

Our grape varieties are typical of the Rhone Valley Vineyards

Grape varieties are typical of the Rhone Valley and south of France: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan and Cinsaut in red; Rolle, Marsanne, Roussanne, Viognier, Clairette, Ugni Blanc and Grenache blanc in white.

You can now enjoy our 2022 rosé and white “le petit m”, and the 2021 white “M” and red, while the 2022 red is still maturing in the cellar.

We will be happy to welcome you at the vineyard for a tasting of our range!
